Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026
This policy explains how Oakmere Digital, operating the Bakersfield Pool Removal website, collects and uses information when you browse this website or request help finding a pool-removal professional. Bakersfield Pool Removal is an independent local information and matching resource. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform demolition, excavation, or restoration work ourselves. Submitting a request connects you with independent, third-party pool-removal professionals who are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, bids, and work.
Information we collect
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, pool type, removal preference, access constraints, desired timeline, consent selection, and optional notes. We also record limited technical information needed to secure and operate the form, such as submission time, form source, and a pseudonymous hash derived from the requesting IP address for spam prevention and rate limiting.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, contact you about the project, identify professionals who may serve your location, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, troubleshoot delivery failures, and maintain basic business records. We do not use the form information for unrelated advertising.
When information is shared
We may share relevant request details with independent pool-removal contractors so they can evaluate the project and follow up about pricing and availability. Those contractors are independent businesses and are responsible for their own privacy practices.
We also use service providers that process information on our behalf: Hostinger supplies server infrastructure; the self-hosted n8n and PostgreSQL services route and store requests; and Telegram may carry a limited, access-controlled alert to the site operator when a valid request arrives. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud or misuse.
Retention and security
Valid lead records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active request, dispute, or legal obligation. Invalid, spam, and rate-limited submissions are deleted after 30 days. We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted database access, backups, and limited workflow logging. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track
This site currently does not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics scripts. Because we do not track visitors across unrelated sites, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site’s behavior. We are not aware of other parties collecting personally identifiable information about your activities over time and across different websites through this site.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or withdraw permission for future contact, by emailing hello@bakersfieldpoolremoval.com or calling (661) 491-7661. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
Children
This service is intended for adults arranging work on real property and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date before the revised practices apply to new submissions.
